On your first visit:

We are always excited about meeting new patients and look forward to providing your orthodontic care. Your initial complimentary appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options with Dr. Bock and the treatment coordinator. This important one hour visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs and will help determine what treatment option best suits you.

Dr. Bock wants to ensure you feel comfortable with his treatment plan and are confident in those options given.  During the examination he will cover the basics of orthodontic treatment and will answer any questions you may have.  Don't be shy, all questions are important!

Financial Information:

Insurance - If your insurance provides coverage for orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs.  We accept orthodontic benefits from most insurance companies.  If you have any questions regarding insurance feel free to give our office a call and we would be happy to answer them.

Flexible Spending

We accept flexible spending benefits for orthodontic treatment.  Many companies require a detailed receipt of your orthodontic payments in order to reimburse you with your flexible spending benefit.  If you would like to request a receipt we will be happy to provide one for you.
