However, due to the large number of requests we receive, the following guidelines have been established:

1. It is preferred that only our patients request sponsorships.
2. Please include specifics as to the nature of the organization, type of sponsorship requested, and any time limits for the request.
3. Please submit all requests at least 5 weeks in advance of the deadline.
4. In lieu of monetary sponsorships, we are happy to offer one of the following options:
   - Bock Orthodontics "swag" items as giveaways to event participants!
   -Gift baskets for raffle or silent auction events!
